The Ecobot features a Touch Screen PLC-based fully automated Feed & Forget System that requires minimal time and labour. Its dual feed inlets with in-built shredders make the loading and converting process simpler and efficient.
Step 1: Waste Goes In
The organic waste is fed to the Ecobot through the inlets and is crushed by high-power shredders.
Step 2: Waste Conversion
The shredded waste goes to the conversion chamber, where it is converted into soil amendment in 24 hours. This process is taken care of by multiple inbuilt sensors that regulate temperature and moisture content to avoid burning of waste.
Step 3: Unload The Soil Supplement
Once the conversion cycle is completed, the machine enters power-saving mode by itself. The soil enrichment is automatically unloaded by just turning a switch. The Ecobot is then ready to be fed for the next round.
